Stay tuned for my newest passion project: child friendly, customisable letter templates! For messages straight from the heart of your child; to their cherished serving member.
This compilation of 52 thoughtfully composed letter templates provides a creative outlet for your little one’s feelings around the absence of their loved one in the Military.
With one ready to fill out letter template for your little one to fill out each week of the year; whether your loved serving member is deployed, on field exercise, working unaccompanied or attending a training institution; you and your child can work through their current hopes and fears, along with goals for when you are reunited as a family.
Each letter template provides a space for creative expression (sketching, colouring, collage, photography etc.) and ample opportunities for expressing feelings while communicating with your loved Military member in their absence.
Letters can be posted directly to your serving member or collected in an in-home mailbox of your creation, for your child to present to their mummy/daddy when they return home.
Are you the owner of a “busy brain"? Do you have constant internal chatter and thoughts that race at a million miles an hour while you're trying to fall asleep? - Me too!
As a Military wife of 5 years now - I have seriously had to up my game! I solo parent my four children for anywhere from 5 to 10 months every year; living in chaos is just NOT an option anymore.
Here is the list of 10 crazy swaps I've made in the last couple of years to try and tame my busy brain and get a handle on semi-organised living (because let's face it, we can tame the busy … but it's always going to be crowded in there ;) )
